remove vocals completely from a song . say yes or not in Adobe Audition CC 2018

It is unlikely that you will be able to completely remove the vocals in any software. Audition's method of doing it is one of the best. However if the audio file is in stereo then there is likely to be reverberation spread across the whole stereo field which can't be got rid of. Also you may lose out on other instruments that are placed centrally like drums if they in the same place as the vocals.
