How to save Audition Multitrack session with effects parameters

Hello!

I'm using v12 1 4 5 but this was also the case I believe in my previous versions.

I want to be able to save a multitrack session including all the effects rack settings I have used - at the moment when I save and reopen the effects racks are still there and applied but all the presets have defaulted back to 'custom'.

Really strange, I just want everything to be as it was when I next open up the project.

I'm pretty experienced with Adobe Audition but I fear I'm missing something really obvious!

This has been reported before - I think it's 'normal' (even though it isn't exactly a desirable state of affairs). Do you save your rack effects as named presets? If you do, does this still happen?

Hi Steve, Yes I do and those are still there, I just think it's rather strange I have to go through all the drop downs to put them, back as they were. Also easy to forget! As you say one of the less desirable elements of an other wise good DAW.
