How to select more than one track

Question

I'm using ripple delete to clean up a podcast conversation.

Voice 1 - track one (Multiple clips)

Voice 2 track two (multiple clips)

Music - track 3

Noise bed - track 4

How do I ripple delete tracks one and two but leave 3 and 4?

Another approach would be to lock 3 and 4 for editing but I haven't found that either.

If any of you advanced users can suggest some features or workflow tips that's be great.

Make the time selection on the first track (which will be highlighted). Then whilst holding the Ctrl key down, select the other track you want to ripple delete from. You will now have a time selection, and two highlighted tracks. Then use Alt+Backspace to ripple-delete from the selected tracks only.
