How to use levels window without audio playback?

I want to use the levels window to monitor, well, my levels without getting the audio playback from it. Anyone know how to not get the playback?

If you are talking about input levels, then right-clicking on the meter scale will give you an option to monitor the input levels (Alt + I) That's the only option there is, apart from changing some of the metering characteristics, as you'll see.
