Question

HOW TP COPY & PASTE "TIMELINE KEYFRAMES" (NOT CLIP KEYFRAMES)

I have a chorus that I automated with keyframes on a bus. The chorus gets repeated 2 more times in the song. How can I copy & paste those timeline keyframes I created on the bus over to the other choruses? I've tried everything possible and I can't figure it out. Thanks

The thing about keyframes on the timeline is that they are only where they are because of their time position. So the concept of 'copying' them and pasting them somewhere else simply doesn't exist, I'm afraid - because then they wouldn't be the same thing at all. So no, you can't do it.

In your case, I think your best bet is to bounce the bus to a new track - which it should do with the automation applied. And then copy and paste the part of the bounce you want as many times as you need it.
