I am looking for a shortcut to select one track, and mute all the others.

I have 12 tracks in a multitrack edit, and would love to find a shortcut that would let me select one track and mute all the others,  so I can quickly listen to that track on its own in the multitrack view instead of having to mute the other 11 one at a time.  Does such a thing exist?
