I can't see or find the Essential Sound Panel anywhere! Help! i am in multitrack mode

I can't see or find the Essential Sound Panel anywhere! Help! i am in multitrack mode.. I see the different tracks and the "bar" with the different colors at the end of the tracks but can see or show the essential sound panel.

"To launch the Essential Sound panel, select a track from a multitrack sequence and choose Window > Essential Sound. "
