I can't see the video inside

I drag the video in the program, but I cannot move the video in the program and I cannot see the video. what should I do? .mp4

To see the video, go to the Window menu and select Video. Whilst you can move the position of the video relative to its audio track on the reference track, you can't edit it in any way - you need Premiere for that. Audition only edits audio.
