Noise Reduction>DeReverb. If that doesn't work (which it may well not do), you're stuffed because you can't take away room characteristics from the sound you get from a mic. Essentially you're asking for undistortion, and because there is no reference to what the original should sound like, that's not possible. What DeReverb does is get rid of a lot of the 'tail' of a sound, but often it affects the result in ways that make it sound less pleasant than the original, as far as I'm concerned.
