I have a recording problem, how should I record my voice properly?

I have a problem, when I record my voice usually sounds fine the first few times, but when I've been recording for a long time and I play what I've recorded there's this sound, like a little glitch (is not saturation or a volume problem), and sometimes only happens in specific parts of the song but sometimes this sound appears in the entire song. I don't know if this problem comes from my microphone, or if it comes from my interface, maybe I'm not recording in a proper way or if this is a glitch from the program; before I bought Audition, I had the free trial everything was fine and I haven't changed anything.

Sometimes a sound affects my instrumentals too, which I download and then import to Audition, the music gets so distorted to a point where you can't even hear the melody, just a sound like a 'tic'. This problem happens gradually, I play the instrumental and record the voice at the same time and it's fine, but when I repeat this several times the music gets saturated and distorted.
