I have just purchased a new Mac mini and need to reinstall Adobe CS5 but ...

Question

I am having problems.  I get to 94% installed and it tells me I need to close "safaricloudhisto" to continue.  So that is as far as I have gotten.  I tried turning off Safari but that makes no difference.  How can I successfully reinstall.  I have tried to reboot. no good...  anyone out there who can assist please.  I called Apple but all they could tell me was that they did not have anything named safaricloudhisto so I need to ask Adobe...  Adobe... well I got no response...

You have posted to the Adobe Audition forum; Audition is Adobe's audio editor programme and never featured in CS5, though it did in CS5.5.

I wonder whether you intended to post here or perhaps to a more general forum, perhaps to https://forums.adobe.com/community/creativesuites ?
