I have problem with the recording

I have a big problem when i want to record, because in the moment i press the button "R" (prepare to record) in the track <i hear my voice!> and the button " I " (control Input..what it's next to "R" button) doesn't do anything... It's like the Button "R" activate the Control input button and it's very incomfortable and useless... What i can to do for fix it???  HELP...!    <...I have the last update of Audition CC...>

    You should be able to turn this off in Preferences/Multitrack under 'When arming tracks for record'. Untick 'Enable Smart Monitoring'.

    What audio interface/sound card are you using and what type of drivers do you have?

      Not OP, but this fixed it for me! Thanks, pal! After the update, it seems to have added/ reset that feature!
