I have to Solo tracks to hear them

I opened a project, closed it out and opened it again later.  When I re-opened the project two things happened: 1) some clips went offline and I couldn't link them, I had to re-export them and bring them back into Audition.  2) Now I have to toggle the Solo button to "on" to hear the tracks.  So I have everything Solo'ed to hear it all playback.

What's up with this Adobe Community?
