I lost my splicer and multitrack tabs on single wave editing...

HI. Probably a stupid question..

 On my single (wav editor page) editing page, I lost the tabs for cutting/razor, the arrows and would like to get tht back on my default edit page.

I also lost the multitrack tab so I can easily go back and forth from single wave edit to multi tracks

 How do I get that back onto my settings? It was at the top left coner, and now its missing.
