I need every single track to be the same length.

This is an example of what I need to do in Adobe Audition CC. I need every track to start and end at the same time because I need to send them out to someone.

Thanks.

Just to be clear, are you talking about tracks you already have recorded or ones you're going record?

In either case, starting to record at the zero point is easy.  However, if you've recorded tracks that only cover a section of your project, highlight the blank area(s) and use Edit/Insert/Silence.   This will fill in the blank areas.

On the other hand, if you have some tracks that run long with non essential material, you can use the razor tool to mark the end point, highlight what you don't need, then delete.

Yes, I recorded all the tracks already but I need them all to start at 0:00. I will try what you said. I'm trying to keep the placement of the vocals but have each track the same length as the instrumental so the person I'm sending the individual tracks to can mix and master them correctly without having to adjust any tracks because they all start at the same time.
