I need to reset the program

Hello to everyone. A while ago I installed the latest version of Adobe Audition. However, I cannot find a solution to something I have done recently. How I did I scrambled the entire menu of the program and now I don't remember what and where. For this I want to reset the program settings but I don't know how to do it. Someone please help me. Pleaseeeeee

Close Audition, and restart it whilst holding the Shift key down. This resets all the preferences to a 'vanilla' state. If that doesn't work for any reason, then find the CCcleaner app, and uninstall Audition using that. After this you can start again from scratch.
