I use Adobe Audition Build 22.3.0.6
and want to add various items to my Favorites like normalize to -3dB any help in here or can someone direct me to a user manual?

Do a Google search using the term 'Adobe Audition recording a favorite' and you'll get a load of tutorial help. The reason that there's so much external stuff is that in this particular regard, the on-line manual isn't exactly a lot of help...
