I've cancelled my subscription, yet I'm still getting charged
Cancellation was set to start on Sep 8. According to the e-mail I recieved and the fact that I can't access the app tells me, yup, it's sure been cancelled.
What hasn't been cancelled is my monthy payment for a service I no longer have by choice. It would be very nice to be able to have an actual human in some form to contact (e-mail, online chat, whatever) linked to your site.
It'd be nice to be able to find a way to talk to you about this, but your website does not offer one. Convenient, no?
I don't even know if this is the right place to post something like this...I'm just desperately trying everything.
