I want to cancel my plan but "cancel plan" option is not displayed .. any help

    Not here, I'm afraid - you have to contact support directly. We have no access to anything whatsoever to do with subscriptions.

    I had a online chat and told the panelty for cancellation is 50% of the remaining subscription!!!
