Imager ozone 2 is not working

Hi! Ive been trying to stereoize my audios however imager ozone is not working even if Im raising the width it stays like mono as seen on the screen. Help me please

    I would think you would have to place the file on a stereo track to have any effect. You may need to save the file as a stereo file. (Use save as, and select stereo in the format options.)
