Import premiere project into template

i made a template with all channels and buses set for audio post production. And the video editor uses the same track structure in premiere.

the video editor exports his project to Audition and now I want to import that project into my template with all the routing and send and insert effects for my system.

for now I only see the option to just open his project but no way to load it into my template or "merge" the two projects so I can easily apply my routings

I was hoping that "open append" would help but that seems to work for audio files only.

anybody an idea?

Correct answer ryclark

There isn't any built in function to do this in Audition. However there is a third party app for merging two .sesx session into one which might work for you. Sesx2Sesx

Thanks for the fast answer and the tip. I'll have a look in this application tonight.

maybe a moderator can move this to the "feature request" section or shall I post it there myself?
