In latest Audition 2020 Noise Reduction process is not working like before.

Hi, guys. Sorry if this topic has already been discussed, I did a search but didn't find anything, so here is my question. After upgarding to the latest Audition 2020 the Noise Reduction process seems like doing almost nothing, or was dialed back significantly.

In short, before the Noise Reduction process after capturing the noise sample and applying the process to it was eliminating the noise completely, while now the same thing do almost nothing - a VERY LITTLE reduction. Would like to know if it's by design, or the filter is broken in a new version or maybe I am doing something wrong. Would be cool if some Adobe Engineer or powerful user will clarify this situation. A couple of options to try out here. You mentione that default settings were working like magic before the upgrade however default is really not that aggressive in terms of noise reduction.

1. You could try pushing up the two sliders "Noise Reduction" percentage and "Reduce by" dB level to see what difference this makes (switch on the preview window to see updates in real time).

2. Switch to using the DeNoise effect instead. In 90% of cases this effect is now far superior to Noise Reduction.
