hi

to increase the volume to the max the best way is to use the hard limiter and the compressor?

i know how work the normalizer and the hard limiter

about the compressor , i have tried several times but i always if it's the case to use the compressor

i read several tutorials about the compressor in you tube , how it works ,but in these tutorials the user uses the compressor to lower the volume

thanks

You can use the compressor to reduce the dynamic range of your audio and then use normalisation to bring the level of the audio up to the maximum. However if you use the right compressor with the correct settings you should be able to do it all in the one effect. But you do need to know how compressors work and have experimented quite a bit to get experience of how to make them work best.

Isn't that what the Gain control is for to the right of the display. Turn off Auto and turn up the gain to get the maximum level that you need.
