I just tried to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Audition CS 6. Now I have the message, "Installer failed to initialize" on my PC, Windows XP. Any suggestions? The help page isn't helpful at all and now I can't ever reinstall the program. I'm pulling my hair out. Please help me!

I believe that somewhere on the Adobe site there is an app for cleaning up after the uninstallation of Audition. Unfortunately I can't remember what it is called or where you might find it. With luck someone else may remember and be able to enlighten us.
