iOS Options for Creating Markers?

As I've mentioned before in these forums, I love how Audition's markers work: easy to use, portable, useful.

Since these markers seem to be saved to and read from the WAV file itself, does anyone know or have experince with any iOS apps that can create markers that are readable by Audition?

Please note that I am NOT asking for an Audition app for iOS, nor am I asking for an iOS app whose session files can be opened in Audition, etc. I'm just asking if there is an iOS app that can create and save markers into WAV files that Audition could then recognize. Thanks!
