iZotope Radius; Formant Shift not working?

I can't get the Formant Shift to work at all.

Effects > Time and Pitch > Stretch and Pitch (Process)

- Make sure iZotope Radius is chosen Algorithm

- Reset to default preset

- Uncheck "Preserve Speech Characteristics" to activate the Formant Shift slider

- Change the Formant slider to any value

- Click Apply

The result is no change to the audio whatsoever.

Am I missing something? Or is the formant shift broken and no one has noticed?

I'm running Audition CC 2017 on MacOS El Capitan.

Basically any non zero value doesn't seem to have any effect, even extreme values.

Yup, that's what I got too. It is now bugged.

I agree; I don't think it's doing what it should at all, even with some sensible values for pitch shifting - you didn't mention what values you are using, but it doesn't seem to make any difference to the end result. I'll submit it as a bug, referencing this thread.
