Keyboard shortcut for the choices in "Mix Paste"?

Is there a way to assign a keyboard shortcut to "Mix Paste" + "Overwrite" in the dialog? I would prefer not to have to press "Enter" to confirm that I want to Overwrite. I couldn't find a way in the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts...maybe there's a solution in the operating system?

You are correct in thinking that there aren't any keyboard shortcuts for the various Mix Paste options. However it might be possible to record Mix Paste/Overwrite as a Favorite and assign a keyboard shortcut to the new Favorite.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it, and while it is possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to a favorite, the duration aspect of the Mix-Paste seems to confuse Audition. I get an error, something about the time duration. Oh well, nice try -- thanks anyway!

If I go through the steps without using Favorites or keyboard shortcuts, it works fine, so I know something appropriate is in the clipboard.

I'll give it a whirl with some other Favorites.

Another way if you are doing a lot of consecutive Mix Pastes using the same copy from the clipboard is to use the F3 shortcut which repeats your previous action without the Effects panel popping up. F2 repeats the effect with the settings pop up if you need to change the settings.
