Keyboard Shortcut: "Move Playhead to the right/left by 5 Frames"?

I'm new to Audition and can't find any shortcut for moving with my keyboard faster. I found the "Move Playhead to right/left" keybinding but it's so slow to move long distances with that. Is there a way to use the keyboard to move longer distances than 5ms each time?

The left and right arrow keys at the bottom of your keyboard will do this. Also, you should note that the J, K and L keys can be arranged to give you forward and reverse playback, and these can be programmed to do this at different speeds.

Yes, I know that the arrow keys do that but I want to make bigger jumps than that but don't want to acutally play the music with jkl. Just jump there like in any other adobe program where there is a timeline like in premiere or after effects.

If you want to go somewhere immediately, why not just click the mouse on it? The arrow keys on this old laptop get through 30 minutes of file in 5 seconds. How fast do you want it to go? Also, if you put markers on places that you think you're likely to want to go to, then Move Playhead to Nex (Alt+Right) will jump you immediately between them.
