Keyboard Shortcuts - Custom Pulldown non-existent

In my Keyboard Shortcuts Presets Pulldown Menu, I can only see "Default (read only) and "Avid Pro Tools (Read Only)". There is no "Custom" so I can customize it. Is this because it's a trial version??

No, it's exactly the same in the full version

But do you see the highlighted box in my screenshot below?

If it is not showing for you that may be a limitation of the trial version.

As far as I'm aware, there are no limits in the trial version.

Looks fine to me. Try changing something, and then clicking on the 'create new preset' button (to the left of the dustbin) to save it - that should work fine.
