Lag/latency when scrolling and zooming in Audition

Hi,

I have problems with lag/latency/delay when scrolling and zooming in Adobe Audition CC.

It is really bugging me, as I can not work very fast.

I am currently running Adobe Audition CC 2017 10.1.1.11 on a late 2015, fully specced iMac 27". I have tried deleting cache-files and have also looked through my settings, where everything sems to be as it should.

Do any of you have a solution or tip that might sort it out?

As SteveG says you can try updating the video driver but this can also be alleviated by a faster hard drive (assuming you are not already on an SSD).  Also make sure that you are not referencing files that are on a USB or network drive.  You can also make sure that there aren't a heap of other processes/applications running in the background.

Have you tried updating the video driver? It's part of the OS, but you can upgrade it separately on a Mac.
