My recorded voice (by an USB mic) isn't synchronized with the base. When I listen to It, my voice is out of time. The base and my voice have different time.

If you are using an internal sound device and it doesn't provide delay compensation information to Audition, there's nothing you nor anybody else can do about it. But we really can't help you very much here, because you have only provided scant details of your setup, and how you are working. We don't even know if you are using a Mac or a PC...
