Lost all saved effect racks, keyboard shortcuts and favourites after "upgrading" to latest Audition

Hi, I updated from Audition 25 to 26 and all of my saved features are missing - the workspaces, keyboard shortcuts, effect racks and favourites. It is as if it is clean new install. I am on a Mac, can anyone suggest how I reinstate these please?
