Lost most favourites after upgrading to Audition 2025

I upgraded to Audition 2025 and lost most of my favourites apart from:

Convert to 5.1

Convert to Mono

Convert to Stereo

I have uninstalled and installed the app again with no luck. 

Where and how can I get them back so I can do work?
