LOST SESSION AND FILES?-back appears nowhere?

Adobe crashed on me and suddently I had no saved session files from my multitrack session even though I would continually save and have it set to save every 3 mins or so.   I did get warning each time I tried to save about efx not used would be lost and would continue to hit ok?  at a loss here. thank all.

Any thoughts on why and or how to recover?
