Loudness radar does not react to faders

Hi,

I have a problem in Audition.

I want to apply the loudness radar to bus tracks to measure loudness of dialogue, music, fx, etc. per bus. It does measure loudness from the beginning, but then, whenever i actually try use the faders to impact bus output, it does not, it does not impact the actual loudness radar, it keeps showing the original values.

I tried this on the individual tracks, busses and also on the master track. No fader seems to impact the measured loudness. Only when i manually in-/decrease clip volume per individual clip, do I see feedback in the loudness radar. Could you help me with this?

It's the same in Audition - you have to set the rack effects to be post-fade at the top of the rack.

Not sure quite how it works in Audition but in Premiere you have to make sure the Radar 'effect' is set post fade.
