Mackie MCU Encoder functions

Hi,

I have this old Mackie MCU connected to Audition and I am trying to figure out how it works. I couldn't find any document about it?

At the top I can assign different stuff to the encoders. Like pan and EQ. All the other buttons Send/Plugin/Instrument don't do anything? This is a pity but ok. However, what I am interested in is how to change the EQ function to like the next layer. After clicking EQ I can control the first parameter of the EQ for every channel. But how do I switch to the second parameter of the EQ? I pressed litereally every button but always only the first parameter of the EQ. Which is pretty useless.
