Mackie Profx12v3, Sound Blaster Audigy, Adobe Audition

The short and sweet: Is there a way to play music from my PC through USB to the Mackie headphones jack and while using the mic on line 1 have Adobe Audition record the Music and the Mic on seperate tracks...aka recording studio, karaoke etc.
