Media Encoder exports audio on the left only

Hi, I've been using Audition daily for about six months and have the latest version on Catalina 10.15.4. For some reason, I like exporting through media encoder to .mp3. Lately, some exports end up only being heard on the left channel. I feel like there's a setting I changed by mistake, but I need help identifying it.

I've attached a screen shot with the export window details. Any guidance will be helpful.

Thank you!

Edit: I'd like to add that this is while exporting a multitrack.

Hello all, so I went into the Routing Options settings and noticed there's no way to select both channels. If I click on the right channel it'll just switch to Empty Channel, Master and viceversa. Really don't know what to do here. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have the same exact issue! I'm not sure why I can't select L and R with my final mix. So frustrating, it's too bad Adobe isn't keen on listening to their customers.

I don't have or use Media Encoder, but comparing your screenshot with the Export screen in Audition, the line that strikes me is the one saying "Master, Empty track".  The apparent parallel one in Audtion says "Master (stereo)".  Could that "empty track" be the missing right channel?

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Well, that comes up as default but I'm having trouble fixing it. Weird thing is, this happens with simpler multi tracks. More complex ones export just fine. I'll figure something out. Thank you!
