midifile recorded in au 3.0.1 has a lower bpm in another daw

can anyone tell me how it is possible when i record a miditrack in adobe 3.0.1 within a session of 170 bpm that on another daw like cubase that same midifile is much slowe

    This is an old version or Adobe Audition and MIDI is no longer supported. If you're saving a file in Audition the default BPM is usually 120 BPM. It may be worth to check this is not the issue.
