Missing files error

No, she wouldn't have - all the files are on her desktop, so you've got no audio! What she needs to do is export the session with copies of all the audio files used. This, I have to say, is much easier if you organise properly in the first place; the desktop is not a good place to store work at all. What she should have done was started a project folder, and when prompted to, saved either a copy or copies of any file or files used in the session, and sent you the entire folder. Then when you opened it, there would be an absolute reference to the needed file, in that folder, neccessary to open the session.
