Missing options in time and pitch effects (25.0.0.47 Build)

I've been using Adobe Audition on a project that I've been working on for a while.  I use time/pitch effects to facilitate some of my work.  In one option, which I believe was Stretch and Pitch (process), there were several sliders that allowed me to alter and customize.  I relied on those for what I'm doing.  They are gone.

Why?  What was the design decision that would change the UI/UX in that manner?   Can I downgrade to a prior version?   How can I fix this (if at all)?
