Missing Plugin error but plugin not missing

Why am I getting this error? It says that I'm missing  Rx 9 Voice De-noise but the plugin is not missing.

Do the other RX plugins work?

No, they don't. Not the ones that are already applied. If I add a new RX filter to the project they do work. So if I was to add another RX voice de-noise it will work. I dont want to apply them again as I woold have to do all the settings on the filter again.
