Mixdown File Naming & Extensions: Need Help

Hi everyone,

I bounce large quantities of mixdowns daily in Adobe Audition (CC 2017, 10.1.1.11), and need to find a way to edit the default naming conventions, specifically to remove the appended "_mixdown". It might seem trivial, but it would save me a lot of time if my default export name was exactly that of my session name, without "_mixdown". Can anyone help me? I recognize this may be an under-the-hood fix, but I don't know where to find the appropriate file to edit.

    I'm afraid I don't know of a what to change the default (which is usually the cue for somebody to come in and say exactly how to do it.  However, if it makes life any easier, you can delete everything after the session title--you don't need to preserve the .wav or .mp3 part.  Audition will put that back automatically
