MP3 file loaded into Audition is longer than that if it's opened in any player

Why there's a mp3 file loaded into Audition which's longer than that if it's opened in any player application (e.g. MusicBee)

For example, one mp3 file I found has length 1h 21m in the player but it's 2h 1m in Audition.. it's quite confounding why there is 40 minutes difference.

Any sincere help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
