Multitrack export results in a file that is of less duration than the original.

Hello Audtion Community, 

Here is a strange one. I have a multitrack file (radio show) that is 2:00:00 in duration. When I go to export the session to an MP3, the resulting file is only 1:59:53 in duration. I am running the most recent build. This happens regardless of whether I am exporting to a MP3, WAV, or other format.

This is a new issue that I have never seen before. Any insight on how to correct this would be appreciated.
