Multitrack- Session: Podcast template Monotoring nightmare with echo!

Hello if ther is someone out who can help me I would be that mutch happy !,

I realy need your help and step by step instructions, because I just can not find a solution.

Im sitting hear since 20 houers !! to solve this Problem and nothing  fix this Problem. Im realy tired angry and sad to the same time ,

I checkt all toutorius! and other Tipps but nothing chance! so thtas my Problem that drives me into madness..............

I would like to record a podcast, if I choose a multitracksession and podcast template because I just want to lernt how to record an Podcast ! when i want to record at the same time to monitoring my audio over the heardphones I hear myselfe time-delayed and with echo! its impossibel to recorde at all. But its getting more wired ....

If I only go to NEW- Multitraksession without a template! just basic Multitrack ...and check the sound, I hear my selfe very well over the headphones and not delayed, but if I go then back to a multitrak podcast session to check to monitor over the headphones  there is an echo !!!!!!!!

THis multitrak latency monitoring Thing doesnt stop !

I'm really trying to learn something, but its like a Loop nightmare where you can not go ahead and

can not find a solution. I just want to hear myself ofter the Headpones  without sounding like a alcoholic.

even the suggestions I've put out on the Internet, and I've tried them all! but fore monitoring works

so if a clever person see this message, HELPE ME !!!!!!!!

please let me know what to do !

Rule 1 of the Podcast template - do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use it if you are starting out with podcasts.

I think you have found out why... You should learn how to set up Audition for yourself; you'll learn a lot more about it this way. TBH, I'm not really sure why that template is there - unless it's to send loads of desperate people here who haven't the faintest idea of what it's doing to them, but they don't like it anyway.

That is honestly the best help I can give you, I'm afraid.
