Multitrack sessions freezing Audition

Hi there, 

Having this problem wherein I can't load sessions - none work. I open up a session and it seems to load. However the moment I try to click anywhere, I get the beach ball (I'm on mac). This just started today. Have tried reinstalling and turning off enable extensions.
