Como faz pra remover ou diminuir a intensidade da musica de fundo de um video ?

Pois o audio vocal foi abafado pela musica.

If it's a stereo video, then the voice is usually in the centre, so you can use the Center Channel Extractor to alter the balance of it with the background:
