My file crashed and I lost a lot of progress

I was trying to experiment on effects on the waveform tab, then suddenly my audition stopped working
I forced close it and when I tried to open it again, my multitrack progress got reverted back to 30 hours ago of work

It's been 49 minutes since the crash happened and I'm still trying to find ways to get it back

Can anyone help 😞
