My subscription was renewed in August but I am having troubling getting into Adobe Audition

My Adobe subscription was renewed in August as per my American Express statement charge 279.71 via Adobe.LY/ENUS. I need to access Audition and it is asking me for a password. Please advise.

Have you installed the Adobe Creative Cloud app? You need this installed, and your account registered on it, before you will be able to install Audition or indeed any other Adobe software.
